Yes, our Orthopedic Memory Foam Pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable pillowcase, however feel free to wrap another pillowcase as long as it is large enough. The contour function will still be there.

Currently, we only ship within Australia as we are an Australia-based business and would like to provide the best purchase experience for customers. However, we are definately hoping to expand our shipping options in the future.
Product & Care
The pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable cover. Simply unzip the cover and wash it with cold water below 30 degrees. The memory foam core should not be washed; instead, spot clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
Yes, but we recommend allowing the pillow to air out for a few hours after unboxing to let it fully expand and any initial odor to dissipate.
For optimal hygiene, we recommend washing the pillow cover every few weeks and replacing it annually or as needed.
Yes, you can use any pillowcase that fits the dimensions of your Serene Island pillow, though we recommend using our custom covers for the best fit and comfort.
