Yes, our Orthopedic Memory Foam Pillow comes with a removable, machine-washable pillowcase, however feel free to wrap another pillowcase as long as it is large enough. The contour function will still be there.

Our pillow is vacuum-sealed straight after manufacturing to keep it fresh and protected during delivery. Once opened, it will begin expanding immediately and typically reaches its full shape within about an hour.

If you’d like to speed things up, give the pillow a gentle nudge or light massage where it expands slowly to help the foam loosen and settle into its natural form. After this, it’s ready to use and will continue to feel even better over the next day as the foam fully relaxes.

Yes, you can use your own pillowcase. Any standard queen size or larger pillowcase will fit comfortably over the Serene Island pillow. Using your own pillowcase will not affect the feel or performance of the memory foam, so you can customise your bedding while still enjoying the same supportive comfort.
