Hi Mark, we are sorry to hear that our pillow hasn't yet meet your expectation. For clarification the serene island pillows address snoring issue in 2 approaches, 1) By lifting up your neck and chin when back-sleeping to promote better airflow during the night so your nostril is less blocked (when your head is positioned in the dip area); 2). By promoting a more comfortable side-sleeping experience so you can switch and keep a side-sleeping position during the night as when you sleep on your side you are freeing the airflow of one of your nostril so you naturally snore less. However snorning can have more complex reasons especially when it is associated with other medical conditions.
